to our customers in disciplines essential for successful systems
development, operation, and maintenance. Our full life-cycle systems
capabilities include system design, integration and test, software
development engineering, and maintenance and integrated logistics
support.
BAE Systems is looking for dynamic Program Analysts to assist the
company's further expansion into Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E)
in supporting the Marine Corps Operational Test and Evaluation Activity
(MCOTEA), Quantico, VA. Responsibilities include: assist MCOTEA
Division and Test Branch Managers in the development, drafting, and
production of the full range of operational test planning, execution,
and documentation to include Test and Evaluation Master Plans and
detailed test plans; assist MCOTEA by attending and participating in
meetings to include Test Concept Validation Conferences and Content
Review Boards; and support the Operational Tests conducted by the
Ground, CSS, Expeditionary, and MAGTF C4ISR test divisions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of a Bachelors degree coupled with 2 years
related experience; or an Associates degree coupled with 4 years related
experience; or a high school diploma coupled with 6 years related
experience.
- Active Clearance.
- Working knowledge of applicable DoD, USN, or USMC acquisition
policies.
- Prior Military Experience
- Experience with Joint and DoD level programs
- Marine Corps Operational experience and T&E experience
- Active High Level Clearance
